Shipping Policy

National Bingo Online ships your order as soon as possible. All expedited shipping orders (3 Day Select, 2nd Day or Next Day Air) are shipped within one business day. All Ground orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. For any questions on shipping please call us 1-800-242-4640.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your order you can request a refund or exchange within 15 business days of delivery. We will only accept unused, unopened items for return. Raffle Drums and Tickets are not returnable. If item is returned and you received any incentive, for example: free shipping discount, coupon or percentage off, that amount will get charged back to you. A return confirmation must be received via e-mail or telephone to validate your return. Orders returned without confirmations will not be processed. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow (7) business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise before you see a refund on your account. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are non refundable.
